HMDA planning soon auctions in Hyderabad!
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) recently conducted a significant land auction in the prestigious Neopolis Layout at Kokapet, spanning a total of 24 acres. This auction drew intense interest from major developers and investors, generating over ₹3,300 crore in revenue. The average price per acre was around ₹73.23 crore, with the highest bid reaching ₹100.75 crore per acre.
Neopolis is strategically located near Hyderabad’s Financial District, offering top-tier infrastructure, including wide roads, a dedicated power station, and metro connectivity. Its prime location and development potential make it highly attractive for residential and commercial projects.
